Well my Dad has really outdone himself this time! I recieved a bunchful of postcards today from his latest trip to Mexico that lasted two months while he was working on the conservation of baby turtles.
If anyone could translate the last two postcards I would be very grateful :p
As my Dad has twigged on to how much I love postcards he has started picking more up for me on his adventures, this time from Wales! Thanks Dad

Today, Hubby and I recieved a big parcel of goodies from my Dad who has recently been on a cruise to various places in Egypt. We got a Lawrence of Arabia headdress, a pashmina made of cashmina 
, a tshirt, scarab beads, a necklace, some Egyptian Pounds, coffee chocolate from Sinai, a papyrus bookmark and of course some postcards! I was spoilt rotten.
Dad also sent me some postcards from his getaway he had in October to Rutland Water, in the UK.
This postcard was collected by my dad on his holiday to Rouen in France. It is a painting by Claude Monet titled ‘Portail de la cathédrale de Rouen par temps gris’ (Portal of the Cathedral of Rouen in grey weather) . According to my dad the picture is clearer the further away you stand – but thats typical of him :p
This was sent to me by my dad on his trip to Cornwall in England! I have spent a few afternoons wandering around Avebury and Stonehenge so this postcard was perfect. Unfortunatly I can’t remember the date when it was sent
